Lake Point Healthcare’s mission is to provide safe, high quality and upscale assisted living group housing in conjunction with the highest quality ancillary services.   Lake Point’s family of properties and businesses target a less served niche of residential communities catering to individuals with high acuity needs, thereby providing an attractive alternative to more institutional options (i.e., skilled nursing centers) while still maintaining a personal, home like environment with 5-16 residents per facility.

Our Lake Point processes are optimized to deal with more complex health care needs of high acuity residents. 60-75% of Lake Point residents will quality for hospice services at some point during their stay. Combining home health and hospice services together with assisted living in a comfortable, familiar setting convenient for the other family members allows for everyone to interact in the most positive ways.
